MONTBLANC, HORSES STARVING TO DEATH IN A PRIVATE ENCLOSURE
On Thursday June 15th 2006 we received some pictures of a small enclosure with horses in the province of Tarragona. On Friday 16th, at 8 am, we forwarded the pictures to the City Council, telling also that in a few hours we were coming to visit the place and check the animals.
